    Move in

    Your people settle in

    Keys, wifi and parking details go out ahead. Cleans, linen and repairs are handled by us for the whole stay.

Who cleans the house during a long stay?

A full clean with fresh bed linen and towels every week on stays of 7 nights or more, with extra cleans on request.

Our dates have changed. Is that a problem?

Rarely. Message us as soon as you know and we will move the booking to fit.

Will the vans fit?

Every home lists its parking spaces and whether long wheelbase vans fit. Tick van parking when you search.

Can the company be invoiced?

Yes. Approved firms pay monthly on account, with the PO on each invoice.

Does everyone get their own bed?

If you need it, yes. Tick separate beds when you search and we only show homes that work.

How soon can people arrive?

Often within a couple of days. Send the start date and we come back with options by close of business.

Is there a minimum stay?

Homes are let by the week or month. The longer the stay, the lower the rate.
