Where we came from
Hotels were never built for a crew of six on a twelve week job. Houses are.
We started by letting homes to people visiting Scotland. Before long, most of the phone calls were from businesses: a groundworks firm needing beds for six, an engineering contractor on a shutdown, a hospital looking after locum doctors, an insurer with a family who could not go home.
Those guests wanted different things. A bed each. Somewhere to park the van. A washing machine. An invoice instead of a card payment. Ashburn Stays is the business we built around them.
