How do I book a stay?

Choose a listing, check the availability calendar for open dates, and submit a booking request with your details. We’ll confirm availability and next steps by email.

Is payment taken online?

No — booking requests are enquiries only. We’ll be in touch to confirm your stay and arrange payment directly.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM at all of our properties, unless otherwise agreed with your host.

Is parking included?

Yes — every home in our collection includes free parking, either private or on-street.

Can I bring my pet?

Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Check the amenities list on the listing page, or ask us when you submit your booking request.

How do I check availability?

Each listing page has a live availability calendar synced directly from our booking calendar, so greyed-out dates are already taken.
